Our Tops Are Certified and Re-Tested Constantly

Our products are re-tested four times per year by an independent laboratory to assure you of continuing quality standards.

Our testing standards include:

Stain Resistance: black crayon, black liquid shoe polish, washable blue ink, lipstick, hair dye and iodine solution.

Chemical Resistance: household ammonia, critic acid solution, hydrogen peroxide, Clorox®, Lysol®, ethyl acetate, Drano®, acetone, Tolune.

Water Resistance: resists cracking, crazing, blistering or spalling from water 45oF and 150oF.

Colorfastness: resists fading in color or surface texture.

Impact: resists cracking and chipping.

Load: resists cracking under a 300 pound weight.

Limited 10-Year Warranty

Regency Marble warrants all original purchasers of its products that its products are free from defects in workmanship or material which may arise within (10) ten years from the date of sale to such purchaser. Its obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, as Regency Marble may elect, any product covered by this warranty which shall be returned to its place of business with transportation charges prepaid.

This warranty does not cover removal or reinstallation charges of Regency Marble’s product(s) and is not applicable to the following: (1) any product installed or used in any way so to have affected adversely such product; (2) cracks or chips on surface of products unless caused by defects in workmanship or materials; (3) slight inperfections, warpage and shade variations in product.

This warranty is in lieu of all warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) except any applicable warranties, and as to any such implied warranties, its obligation shall be limited to conditions covered by the warranty which occur within (10) ten years from consumer’s purchase of the product. In no event shall Regency Marble be liable for incidental or consequential damages which may result from any defect in the product or breach of this warranty.
